CSC Generation is hiring a Bilingual Vendor Specialist to join the Operations department at One Kings Lane. This full-time, remote position plays a critical role in managing and supporting vendor relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day communication and operational workflows with vendors.
- Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams, resolving issues and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Monitor vendor performance against key metrics and service level agreements.
- Process and coordinate vendor documentation, contracts, and onboarding.
- Contribute to process improvements within the vendor management lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related operational role.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Mexico.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Mexico.
