Responsibilities
- Work with supply partners to establish and maintain electronic data feeds for business-critical files.
- Collaborate with technical teams and partners to ensure accurate data ingestion and integration.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system setup.
- Provide consulting, support, and training to partners on data and system integration.
- Investigate and resolve issues with data feeds, upgrades, and integrations.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and new system implementations.
- Work closely with suppliers, eProcurement teams, Supply Management, Accounts Payable, and IS&T teams to provide updates and manage escalations.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional work environment
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience with EDI integrations, supplier data exchange, or procurement systems
- Familiarity with ERP and eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP)
- Experience working with SQL or other data query tools
- Experience with test tools such as DevOPS (or similar platforms)
- Solid understanding of EDI and other data exchange concepts
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
