Too Good To Go is hiring a Bilingual Key Account Store Operations Specialist (English/French)

Responsibilities

  • Partner Onboarding and Launch Management: Set up and train new stores on our platform, track incoming requests and progress to keep all our partner launches run smoothly and on time.
  • Ongoing Partner Support: Engage with partner store teams, solve issues, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Data and Reporting Support: Respond to ad-hoc data requests, monitor store data

Requirements

  • Bilingual French/English full proficiency
  • Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Great organizational skills - an eye for detail and great administrative follow-ups
  • Problem-solving ability and experience in working with performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and via email

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is a base salary of ~ $60,000 - $65,000

Work Arrangement

Hybrid — New York, Chicago
