About the Role
This role involves handling hotel booking inquiries and managing reservations for Dutch-speaking clients while working remotely from Greece.
Responsibilities
- Process hotel reservation requests accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with clients in Dutch to confirm booking details
- Assist customers with changes or cancellations to existing reservations
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Ensure all booking data is entered correctly into the system
- Collaborate with accommodation partners to verify availability
- Resolve booking-related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor booking confirmations and follow up when needed
- Support the team with multilingual client communication
- Adapt to different time zones when coordinating with clients
- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality
- Stay updated on hotel policies and availability changes
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Work independently while meeting performance targets
