Responsibilities
- Process hotel reservation requests from Dutch-speaking customers
- Respond promptly to booking inquiries via email and phone
- Verify availability and pricing with partner accommodations
- Enter and update booking details in the reservation system
- Assist guests with changes or cancellations to existing reservations
- Provide clear pre-arrival information and travel guidance
- Coordinate with hotel partners to confirm guest requests
- Resolve booking discrepancies or issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and reservation logs
- Ensure compliance with company booking policies
- Escalate complex issues to senior support when needed
- Monitor booking confirmations and follow up on pending items
- Support multilingual customers with clear and professional communication
- Handle high volumes of inquiries during peak seasons
- Work closely with the operations team to improve service delivery
