Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to borrowers who are behind on payments
- Identify and implement solutions to bring delinquent loans back to good standing
- Process payments for borrowers with overdue accounts
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Follow established collections policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Compensation
MXN $89.33/hour + bonus
Other
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Hourly compensation is MXN $89.33, plus performance bonus
- May be assigned additional duties relevant to the role by supervisors or management
