Pair Team is hiring a Bilingual Case Manager (Remote Flexible, Spanish Speaking)

About the Role

This position involves providing direct client support in both Spanish and English, managing case documentation, coordinating services, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in both Spanish and English
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation
  • Coordinate support services for clients as needed
  • Follow up with clients to track progress and needs

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist clients in navigating available resources

  • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards
  • Use case management software efficiently
  • Support clients through crisis situations when needed
  • Document interactions with high accuracy
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

  • Maintain professional boundaries with clients
  • Stay informed about community resources

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in social services or nonprofit sector
  • Knowledge of community resources in Spanish-speaking communities
  • Experience with telehealth or remote client support
  • Certification in case management or related field
