Responsibilities
- Respond professionally and promptly to client phone calls and emails about legal lien matters
- Assist clients through the intake process, ensuring all collected information is accurate and complete
- Use proprietary case management software to record client data, update case statuses, and document interactions
- Monitor and manage assigned work queues to maintain efficient response times
- Identify urgent issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel as needed
- Participate in daily check-ins with supervisors to report progress and raise concerns
- Uphold confidentiality while demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every client interaction
