Shape product strategy through data by joining a forward-thinking team focused on delivering intelligent insights from large-scale Wi-Fi and device telemetry. In this role, you'll take ownership of core performance metrics, design reliable reporting systems, and uncover patterns that drive product improvements and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that track product health, customer behavior, and system performance
- Write efficient, scalable SQL queries to explore high-volume time-series data and extract meaningful trends
- Establish and validate KPIs related to network stability, user experience, and service reliability
- Investigate performance fluctuations, outages, or post-release anomalies to identify root causes
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, supporting strategic decisions
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or product-focused data roles
- Proven expertise in SQL and working with modern data warehouse architectures
- Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Ability to identify meaningful signals in messy, real-world datasets
- Strong judgment in interpreting data within business context and conveying actionable insights
Nice-to-Have
- Background in IoT, networking, telemetry systems, or platform analytics
- Familiarity with Python or statistical modeling techniques
