Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three years of experience using ERP and MES systems for reporting and analytical purposes
- At least three years of hands-on experience with data mining, database management, and data analysis tools
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SQL
Nice to Have
- Three or more years of experience in a steel manufacturing setting
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in a related field
- Background in providing operational support during critical production phases
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making
- Experience developing or maintaining documentation for operational processes
