As a Junior BI Analyst, you'll play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide business strategy. You'll collaborate with leaders across departments to understand their objectives and develop reliable reporting systems that track performance and drive improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end reporting pipelines that serve multiple business functions
- Convert business questions into measurable metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and performance
- Generate scheduled and on-demand reports tailored to stakeholder needs across platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards using Looker to visualize trends, patterns, and outliers
- Perform regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness
- Apply statistical methods to uncover insights and support data-backed recommendations
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot data issues and refine reporting logic
- Implement validation rules and resolve data discrepancies to maintain system integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in IT, STEM, or Business, or a related field
- At least one year of hands-on experience in business intelligence or reporting
- Strong command of SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Familiarity with Looker for building and optimizing dashboards
- Solid understanding of data management principles and quality assurance practices
- Ability to solve problems independently and contribute effectively within a team environment
