About the Role
This position supports the development and execution of growth initiatives by analyzing user behavior, running A/B tests, and iterating on product and marketing strategies to improve key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate product and marketing changes
- Analyze user data to uncover patterns and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy experiments
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on test outcomes
- Identify friction points in user journeys and propose solutions
- Assist in refining onboarding flows to improve conversion
- Evaluate channel effectiveness for user acquisition
- Support the development of automated reporting tools
- Conduct cohort analyses to understand user retention
- Work with designers to test new interface elements
- Help prioritize growth initiatives based on potential impact
- Use analytics platforms to track user behavior
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to SEO and content strategy testing
- Optimize email campaigns for engagement and conversion
- Assist in building dashboards for real-time metric tracking
- Evaluate referral program performance
- Test pricing strategies and feature positioning
- Gather feedback from users to inform growth hypotheses
- Stay current with growth marketing best practices
- Document experiment results and share learnings across teams
- Support integration of new tracking tools
- Assist in segmentation of user audiences
- Contribute to post-mortems on failed experiments
- Help maintain a backlog of growth experiments
