Responsibilities
- Establishing operations for new business locations across various districts
- Coordinating the processing of applications among employers, employees, and insurance carriers
- Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management system as required
- Analyzing current workflows and designing strategies for automation
- Working alongside engineers to execute process enhancements
- Supporting the financial operations team with reconciliation of benefit plans
- Examining and documenting financial inconsistencies involving payments, commissions, and transactions
- Communicating with employers and insurers to facilitate seamless policy renewals
- Collaborating with customer success to enhance renewal procedures
- Handling changes to insurance policies such as new enrollments, terminations, dependent updates, and cancellations
- Partnering with customer success and technical teams to optimize and automate operational workflows
