Behavioral Health Coaches will conduct private 30-minute telehealth sessions through video, guiding clients through non-clinical concerns such as managing workplace pressure, overcoming procrastination, and improving personal balance. This freelance position is fully remote, allowing you to set your own availability and work from anywhere in Zimbabwe.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual coaching sessions using evidence-based methods tailored to client needs
- Assist clients in identifying and working toward personal or career-related goals
- Collaborate with an internal clinical team to enhance coaching programs and platform features
- Maintain professional standards in a virtual care environment
Qualifications
- Holding either an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification with a minimum of 200 coaching hours, or a Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Counselling with at least 300 post-graduation clinical hours
- Proficiency in English and a local language is required
- Experience with evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
