Must be a Virginia resident. Potential for up to 10% travel within Virginia. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 with occasional weekend and holiday on-call coverage required. Work at Home Requirements: - Candidate will operate remotely from Virginia residence - Possess dependable phone and hardwired internet connectivity - Work schedules determined by leadership based on organizational needs - Colleagues must remain accessible via communication channels during work hours - Personal responsibilities cannot interfere with professional duties - Maintain secure, private workspace ensuring HIPAA compliance - Adhere to additional leadership-established requirements The Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison serves as a clinical leader within the Medicaid plan, focusing on utilization management, member care integration, and clinical coordination while driving program and quality initiatives addressing Aetna member needs. Fundamental responsibilities include clinically managing mental health services, driving collaborative care approaches, supporting treatment coordination, serving as a behavioral health expert, interfacing with community stakeholders, consulting with executive management, representing the organization externally, participating in interdisciplinary case reviews, and demonstrating comprehensive clinical knowledge. Required Qualifications: - Virginia residency - Registered Nurse with 5 years Behavioral Health Experience or Licensed Virginia Behavioral Health Clinician - 2+ years community-based Medicaid behavioral health service delivery - 5+ years clinical experience in behavioral health/psychiatric care Technical Skills: - Multisystem navigation proficiency - Advanced multitasking capabilities - Basic technical troubleshooting skills - Digital collaboration expertise - Highly organized work approach - Metric-driven performance orientation Preferred Experience: - Utilization management background - Leadership competency - Clinical outcome influence - 2+ years managed care organization experience - Med Compass familiarity preferred Education Requirements: - Master's degree for licensed behavioral health professionals - Bachelor's degree for Registered Nurses Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full-time Pay Range: $80,340.00 - $173,040.00 Comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, 401(k), wellness programs, and flexible work arrangements.
