Requirements
- Harvest floor knife experience
- Ability to sharpen a knife and maintain a sharp knife
- Willingness to learn anatomy, physiology and pathological disease processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and disciplined
- Interested in work that challenges you mentally
- Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively
- Work effectively in a TEAM atmosphere

On-site
Additional Information
- Work closely with USDA-FSIS Consumer Safety Inspectors
- Intensive and recurring training required
- Must be willing to train/educate others
