About the Role

This position is responsible for coordinating service activities and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support throughout the service lifecycle. The coordinator acts as a liaison between clients and service teams, maintaining workflow efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow between customers and service departments
  • Update internal systems with real-time service data
  • Assist in coordinating loaner vehicles or transportation options
