Responsibilities
- Performs daily inspections of the bar area to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Arranges the bar setup following established layout guidelines.
- Cleans and polishes all required glassware, silverware, plates, and bar equipment.
- Prepares juices, garnishes, and syrups necessary for service.
- Stocks refrigeration units with beer, wine, juice, and water.
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels at the bar during service hours.
- Keeps the bar area clean, sanitized, and well-organized during shifts.
- Labels perishable items in accordance with health department and company policies.
- Serves, explains, and clears food and drink orders at the bar when required.
- Replaces used dishes and utensils promptly.
- Replenishes condiments as needed throughout service.
- Helps perform inventory counts for china, glassware, silverware, and linens.
- Completes all assigned opening, side, hand-over, and closing tasks as directed.
- Carries out additional duties as assigned by management.
