Responsibilities

Shape our core AI framework and backend, taking full ownership of backend features
Build robust backend services for AI systems (RAG, model orchestration, vector databases)
Design scalable APIs integrating LLMs and AI workflows
Ensure security, observability, and performance across our infrastructure
Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and testing
Participate in architecture and tech stack decisions
Document and share technical knowledge
Drive continuous improvement of our AI platform with innovative solutions
