Responsibilities
- Create software tools to enhance satellite planning and tasking operations
- Assess, implement, build, connect, verify, and sustain databases, data processing frameworks, and APIs
- Improve data models, database schemas, and query performance based on common access patterns
- Build, validate, combine, and release backend components of the technology stack
- Collaboratively design and periodically review system architecture with the engineering team
- Ensure the data platform remains highly available and reliable
