Torrid is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Nord Account Team. This role focuses on building robust and scalable backend services using Go.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for the Nord Account platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver features.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and operations.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer building production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and concurrency patterns.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
