About the Role
We are seeking experienced backend engineers to develop robust infrastructure for AI-integrated development platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance services that support intelligent coding assistants, automation pipelines, and developer-facing APIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications
- Design APIs that support AI-powered development tools
- Optimize system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to integrate models into production services

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

- Contribute to architectural decisions for new features
- Work with infrastructure teams to deploy and monitor services
- Support the evolution of internal developer platforms
- Improve observability and logging across services
- Help define standards for backend development
- Drive automation for repetitive engineering tasks
- Scale systems to handle increasing user demand
- Evaluate new technologies for backend improvements
- Maintain documentation for APIs and services
- Collaborate on incident response and post-mortems
- Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements
- Optimize database queries and storage solutions
- Build tools that enhance developer velocity
- Integrate third-party services securely
- Support CI/CD pipelines for backend services
- Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps
