Braze is looking for a Backend Engineer, AI Content Agents to join a team building the future of AI-driven marketing. You'll design and ship intelligent systems that generate on-brand content and collaborate with humans in real time.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models that power AI-generated marketing content.
- Develop new agent behaviors, taking them from quick prototypes to scalable production systems.
- Extend the existing web layer with new features that connect directly to AI workflows.
- Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stack.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ship user-facing features end-to-end, from design to deployment.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $180,000 - $320,000 USD per year.
