What You'll Do
- Enhance product development through improved observability and DevOps processes.
- Take ownership from day one and analyze existing services.
- Make independent configuration changes to optimize services.
- Ensure alignment with the service rulebook to adhere to best practices.
- Support end-to-end testing efforts.
- Provide mentoring to enhance the team's observability maturity.
What We're Looking For
- Java essential for backend development.
- DevOps knowledge critical for managing deployment and integration.
- Datadog expertise necessary for migration to observability tools.
- Independence and initiative for quick adaptations and configurations.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Location in Portugal and willingness to work from the office.
Nice to Have
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with environment policies and compliance regulations.
- Prior mentorship or leadership experience within a team setting.
