Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and refine backend components using up-to-date technologies to ensure systems are scalable and maintainable.
- Build and improve software solutions that streamline intricate compliance procedures for organizations of varying sizes.
- Work in close alignment with product managers, designers, and engineers within small agile teams to shape and deliver new features.
- Maintain code quality, security, and efficiency through thorough code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead the design and structure of technical solutions, prioritizing performance, reliability, and end-user experience.
- Participate in strategic technical planning, helping identify innovations and enhancements to development workflows.
- Guide and support less experienced developers, promoting continuous learning and high engineering standards.
