Responsibilities
- Shape and refine the backend platform architecture handling millions of concurrent users
- Develop distributed, highly available services in Golang with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
- Lead code review processes and promote best practices in testing, code quality, and system design
- Collaborate with the SDK team to ensure seamless integration of client features into backend infrastructure
- Guide and mentor engineers to strengthen technical capabilities across the team
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and product teams to achieve performance goals and deliver robust, secure systems
