Responsibilities
- Shape and refine the backend platform architecture that supports millions of concurrent users
- Create and deploy scalable, distributed services in Golang with a focus on performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability
- Lead and improve code review processes, promoting rigorous testing and adherence to clean, maintainable code practices
- Collaborate with the SDK team to ensure seamless integration of client-side features into backend infrastructure
- Guide and develop engineering talent while working closely with security, infrastructure, and product departments
- Ensure the team delivers robust, high-performance systems that securely scale to meet user demand
