Responsibilities
- Shape and advance the backend architecture that supports millions of concurrent users
- Develop robust, scalable distributed services in Golang and define benchmarks for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Oversee code reviews and promote rigorous testing, clean design, and strong engineering standards
- Collaborate with the SDK team to ensure seamless integration of client-side features into backend infrastructure
- Guide engineering teams through technical mentorship and coordinate with security, product, and infrastructure units
- Ensure delivery of high-performance, dependable systems that maintain user protection at large scale
