Grupo Bancolombia is hiring a Backend and App Developer responsible for the analysis, quotation, design, and development of systems. You will apply authorized work methodologies and established standards within our culture focused on clients, integrity, sustainable growth, extraordinary performance, and dynamism.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, quote, design, and develop systems using authorized methodologies and standards.
- Develop complex applications using frontend frameworks like Angular and React.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and handle authentication.
- Deploy web applications and manage platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum sprints, planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate on projects.
What We're Looking For
- Active student or graduate of a Bachelor's degree/Engineering in Systems or a related field.
- Advanced mastery of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS.
- Proficiency in Git and collaborative team workflows.
- Experience with development tools like Webpack and Babel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership, results-oriented mindset, fosters development, open to learning, and collaborative work.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Programmer Analyst or Developer.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS), specifically services like S3, CloudFront, and Cognito.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Ability to lead tasks within Agile methodology.
