Responsibilities
- Handle vehicle repair claims according to contractual terms and coverage policies
- Review applications to determine eligibility and compliance
- Reach out by phone to all necessary internal departments as needed
- Evaluate applications for insurability and financial risk, following established procedures and delegation rules
- Inform customers and business partners of final decisions
- Maintain accurate administrative records for all processed cases

- German language proficiency at a fluent level is mandatory
- Current operations serve markets in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Czech Republic
- Expansion plans include entry into England, Sweden, and additional countries by 2025
