Nestlé is looking for a Back-End Developer to support the technical quality and reliability of our global digital platforms. You will ensure our back-end and CMS solutions meet functional, architectural, and brand requirements, contributing to analysis, implementation, and maintenance under established guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Nestlé brand websites.
- Identify back-end related problems and propose solutions.
- Uphold best practices for back-end development and code organization.
- Perform ad hoc development, code reviews, and improvements with your team.
- Integrate existing and new front-end systems.
- Ensure delivery of modular, clean, structured code compatible with multiple devices and browsers.
- Add or edit HTML content in CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
- Collaborate with and support the Content Management team.
- Document area processes together with specialists.
- Support monitoring of KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Complete graduation in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience in development activities on CMS platforms like Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, or Magento.
- Good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS and familiarity with frameworks like Symfony.
- Knowledge of development practices including clean code and architectural patterns.
- Experience in webmastering, content optimization, and familiarity with Google tools such as Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of SEO and analysis tools.
- Ability to work with demand and workflow tools following established processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management practices.
- A collaborative, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile focused on results.
- Proactivity, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
