Responsibilities
- Develop and refine lifecycle and nurturing campaigns across email, in-product experiences, and other owned channels for both self-serve and enterprise sales funnels
- Manage lead scoring and audience segmentation strategies in HubSpot, aligning routing and prioritization with customer fit and behavioral intent
- Oversee the transition of marketing leads to sales teams, working closely with revenue operations and sales to ensure data accuracy, clear service-level agreements, and effective feedback mechanisms
- Design and execute account-based marketing initiatives for key enterprise accounts, aligning messaging with input from sales and content teams
- Implement AI-powered workflows to enable personalized content delivery, automated audience segmentation, and faster deployment of new marketing programs
- Track and report on the contribution of lifecycle initiatives to sales pipeline and revenue, using insights to guide future development priorities
- Continuously run tests on messaging, timing, and user triggers throughout the customer journey—from initial sign-up to expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation, preferably within fast-growing SaaS environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building workflows, lead scoring setups, and automated nurture sequences
- Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of how marketing and sales data integrate across the full customer lifecycle
- Proven track record in developing and managing lead scoring systems and defining MQL, SQL, and PQL qualification processes
- Experience in launching or supporting account-based marketing efforts for targeted enterprise clients
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, particularly with sales and revenue operations

- Background in marketing to developers or technical buyers
- Understanding of product-led growth strategies and how to convert product-qualified leads into enterprise deals
