Responsibilities

  • Create and execute data-driven, multi-channel CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention, aligned with the visual and tonal identity of B2B brands.
  • Continuously track and refine CRM campaigns and customer pathways to elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Track key performance indicators related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, delivering regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate customer behavior patterns and measure their influence on core business metrics.
  • Group customers by behavioral patterns to personalize offers and design high-impact campaigns that boost revenue and long-term retention.
  • Keep current with industry developments and competitor activity to ensure strategies follow best practices and remain competitive.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align promotional efforts and ensure consistency with broader business goals.
