Responsibilities
- Set up secure cloud environments including networking, identity management, and foundational security policies.
- Deploy and manage computing resources, storage systems, and database solutions using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Build and sustain automated pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of applications and infrastructure.
- Architect and package software using modern container technologies and orchestration platforms.
- Implement monitoring systems for logs, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerts following site reliability engineering principles.
- Generate reports on infrastructure spending and capacity planning using financial operations tooling.
- Create clear technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and transition guides for operational handoffs.
