As the AVP, Credit Sales Manager, you will lead credit product performance in the Tampa and Orlando markets, focusing on increasing application volume and ensuring strong in-store presence. You'll collaborate with regional and store leaders to align credit initiatives with business objectives, delivering measurable results against operational plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sustained growth in credit applications by exceeding established performance targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with client teams at store, market, and regional levels
- Design and implement marketing and training programs to increase credit product awareness
- Conduct regular audits of point-of-sale materials to ensure compliance and brand consistency
- Deliver data-driven reports on credit program performance to internal and client stakeholders
- Manage marketing and travel budgets while supporting store openings and relocations
- Develop annual marketing strategies that support long-term business growth
- Support client initiatives through active field engagement and on-the-ground execution
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in financial services or retail management, or a high school diploma with five years of equivalent experience. Required experience includes field sales, client relationship management, and executive-level presentation development. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Up to 75% travel is required, and candidates must reside within the territory. All applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to comply with background checks, fingerprinting, and drug testing. Meeting Section 19 of the FDIA requirements is mandatory.
