Development of integration concepts (high-level architecture, interfaces, data/security flows) together with internal teams.
Support of PoCs/pilots until productive use: risk and blocker management, technical coordination, structured escalation.
Hands-on troubleshooting: analysis of logs/traces, error reproduction, hypothesis formation, solution proposals, and feedback to engineering.
Creation and maintenance of enablement artifacts: integration guides, runbooks, FAQs, demo setups, reference architectures.
Moderation of technical Jour Fixes with stakeholders (engineering, product, security, QA, project management on the customer/partner side).
Ensuring consistent technical communication across all parties involved (German/English).

High willingness to travel and flexibility for project-related on-site assignments at the customer's premises.
Very good English skills to confidently participate in technical discussions and create documentation.
Pronounced communication skills with a clear team and customer orientation.
Proactive and structured way of working with clear prioritization, ownership, and clean documentation.
In-depth experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

Practical knowledge from digital key projects or in the field of vehicle access or system architecture.
Experience in the holistic support of a software or hardware development cycle of a control unit.
Ideally, experience with international vehicle or device OEMs as well as relevant certification processes (e.g., CCC, FIRA).
Knowledge of test automation (e.g., Python, CAP7, C++ or Robot Framework).
Basic security know-how (e.g., key management, provisioning).
