Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills: you’re comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed. Minimum requirements: Python, SQL.
- Builder mindset: you move fast, work independently, and don't wait for perfect specs—you uncover them through action. You have a talent for spotting patterns, identifying opportunities to automate or standardize, and translating them into scalable solutions.
- Deep product intuition: you think in terms of systems and workflows, and care about the business impact of what you build. You enjoy designing & building tools that empower internal teams to move faster and operate more independently.
- Passionate about AI: you’re eager to explore how AI can transform B2B sales, marketing, operation, and finance. You have experience working with data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems.
