Responsibilities
- Rapidly architect and implement complex automation workflows primarily utilizing advanced Zapier features (including Code Steps, Zapier Tables, and Webhooks) to streamline critical agency functions.
- Integrate and productionize AI tools (OpenAI GPT or custom LLM endpoints) into workflows to automate key business processes.
- Focus on immediate process streamlining in areas like Co-op billing, data-driven reporting automation, Monday.com, onboarding and lead nurturing pipeline synchronization across platforms (e.g., Salesforce integration).
- Independently configure and manage 3rd party business application integrations using advanced API configurations and webhooks (REST, OAuth, JSON handling) across the AdTech stack.
- Produce clear, robust, and detailed technical documentation for all delivered automations.
- Provide necessary knowledge transfer and training to internal operational teams before the engagement concludes.
- Ensure all deployed automations are robust, highly available, and error-tolerant, maintaining a high standard of data integrity across all systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.
- Stay ahead of the curve with new AI and automation tools; proactively suggest new ways to improve efficiency.
