Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline software development processes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Create and manage productivity tools to enhance the efficiency of the development team.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure the security and compliance of automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Document automation processes and best practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the availability and reliability of automation solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation and CI/CD.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide automation solutions that meet their requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate automation solutions into existing workflows.
• Ensure the scalability and maintainability of automation solutions.
• Implement and manage version control systems to track changes in automation scripts and tools.
• Conduct performance testing and optimization of automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation dashboards to monitor the status of automation processes.
• Work with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
• Develop and maintain automation documentation and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand product requirements and provide automation solutions that meet business needs.
