Role Overview
Join our Automation Run Services team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant, responsible for maintaining the stability and efficiency of live automation workflows. You'll play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted operations by monitoring system health, responding to incidents, and coordinating improvements across RPA and Microsoft Power Platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live automation processes built on platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Identify and communicate system failures to business stakeholders and conduct first-line diagnostics.
- Apply bug fixes and deploy minor updates to production systems outside the original development cycle.
- Respond to user requests, including on-demand job execution and adjustments to automation schedules.
- Deliver additional oversight and responsiveness during high-activity business periods.
- Collaborate with development teams during handover phases and post-deployment support windows.
- Support virtual machine provisioning in coordination with infrastructure teams.
- Maintain version control and documentation for automation code and incident resolution records.
- Generate and manage reports tracking SLA adherence, ticket volume, and automation performance metrics.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with 2–5 years of experience in application or production support—ideally involving RPA technologies. You must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and hands-on experience with troubleshooting, code management, and performance reporting.
Preferred qualifications include RPA or Microsoft Power Platform certifications, familiarity with Azure AI or Open AI API integrations, and experience working within cloud-based automation ecosystems.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to support extended hours when necessary to align with US customer operations.
