Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, and maintain large-scale enterprise Active Directory and Single Sign-On systems across hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
- Oversee identity management in cloud directories such as Microsoft Azure AD, AWS Microsoft AD, and Google Cloud Domain Directory.
- Administer enterprise cloud infrastructure deployed on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
- Convert business requirements into scalable and effective technology implementations that serve internal stakeholders.
- Lead or contribute to resolution of high-priority, complex system incidents and outages.
- Create automation solutions using scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and serverless computing technologies in the cloud.
- Produce comprehensive documentation covering architecture, design standards, implementation plans, and technical specifications.
- Assess existing authentication systems to uncover technical and operational improvements and define strategies for ongoing optimization.
- Support disaster recovery planning, capacity forecasting, performance tracking, and system maintenance to ensure system reliability and uptime.
