Responsibilities
- Prepare and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Examine work in process records and final contract schedules
- Keep detailed records of fixed asset activity and depreciation
- Establish client expectations and formulate analytical inquiries about account fluctuations
- Recognize opportunities and suggest enhancements to improve financial reporting efficiency and review preparedness
