Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end audit, review, and compilation assignments from initial planning to final delivery.
- Examine engagement documentation, financial reports, and filings for correctness and adherence to standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering trusted and professional relationships.
- Guide, train, and support junior accountants and senior staff in their development and performance.
- Investigate complex accounting and auditing topics to ensure alignment with GAAP, GAAS, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and maintaining timelines.
- Support firm expansion and contribute to enhancing internal processes and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory.
- Minimum of six years in public accounting, focused on audit and assurance services.
- Proven experience leading teams and serving diverse clients across multiple industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and time management abilities.
Nice to Have
- CPA certification is preferred or mandatory depending on position level.
