Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assurance services including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.
- Guide and support early-career and experienced associates throughout fieldwork and the full engagement lifecycle.
- Examine financial documentation and draft statements to confirm alignment with GAAS, SSARS, and applicable standards.
- Detect and address accounting and auditing challenges, consulting with senior personnel when necessary.
- Act as the main client liaison during engagements to manage communication, requests, and deliverables.
- Support planning and timeline coordination for engagements, ensuring work stays within budget and meets deadlines.
- Contribute to team growth through training initiatives, professional development, and performance assessments.
