About the Role
This role supports the clinical and commercial rollout of a robotic surgical system by enabling surgeon onboarding, coordinating in-procedure support, training teams, and fostering relationships with clinical and office staff, all while collaborating with sales and clinical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Support the launch and adoption of the robotic system and ensure successful procedures across designated accounts
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists during surgical cases and coordinate seamless transitions from Capital and Launch teams
- Provide training and support to surgeons, operating room staff, and office personnel on system setup, workflow, and scheduling
- Monitor and record surgeon progress along the onboarding pathway, ensuring completion of required milestones per Surgeon Pathway 2.0
- Establish early connections with clinical and administrative staff to understand onboarding processes and assist with scheduling
- Assist Territory Managers with sales planning, account growth strategies, and achievement of performance goals
- Participate in field demonstrations, workshops, and promotional events to increase awareness and engagement
- Collect insights from key stakeholders to inform product and program improvements for Marketing and R&D teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, submit expense reports, and complete administrative duties
- Upload logs for all procedures supported, in compliance with company policy

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employees are required to complete training, maintain proficiency, and comply with the Quality Management System and Quality & EHS policies to ensure regulatory compliance and product support standards.

- Up to 75% travel, primarily domestic
- Must achieve clinical proficiency to independently cover cases within 60 days of completing Aqua Academy training
- Eligibility for up to 30 days of supplemental coaching if needed to reach proficiency
- Training provided through the internal Aqua Academy sales training program
