About the Role
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their data challenges and implementing effective technical solutions using graph database technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities during client engagements
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept implementations tailored to client needs
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures using graph technology
- Provide hands-on support during client onboarding and integration phases
- Develop technical documentation and solution guides for internal and external use
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in customer environments
- Present technical workshops and training sessions for client teams
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development priorities
- Stay current with advancements in graph databases and data analytics
- Support the creation of reusable solution templates and best practices
- Work with engineering teams to communicate customer-driven feature requests
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and technical deliverables
- Assist in defining data modeling strategies for complex networked datasets
- Participate in pre-sales activities including technical evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of technical interactions and project progress
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives across regions
- Engage in continuous learning to expand technical and domain expertise
- Collaborate on responses to technical sections of RFPs and procurement queries
- Support deployment of secure and scalable graph-based applications
- Monitor emerging use cases in analytics and recommend solution enhancements
- Facilitate smooth handover of projects to customer success teams
- Promote best practices in data integration and query optimization
- Assist in benchmarking system performance under real-world conditions
- Coordinate with support teams to escalate and resolve critical issues
- Help maintain demo environments and sample datasets
