RainFocus is hiring an Associate Solution Consultant - International to join our team. You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and technical configuration of the RainFocus platform for our global clients, ensuring they achieve their event and marketing program goals.
What You'll Do
- Configure and customize the RainFocus platform based on specific client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into functional solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform configuration issues.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical consulting, support, or implementation role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
