About the Role

This role is responsible for guiding product development related to network performance by aligning business goals with technical execution, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring delivery of high-value features that improve system reliability and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategic objectives
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with organizational goals
  • Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery timelines and scope
  • Identify performance metrics and monitor key indicators for network efficiency
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions
  • Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business needs
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and data analysis
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across IT, operations, and compliance teams
  • Support change management processes for new feature rollouts
  • Maintain documentation for product features and workflow processes
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into network systems
  • Advocate for end-user needs throughout the development lifecycle
  • Monitor industry trends affecting healthcare network performance
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning for product changes
  • Participate in incident response related to network performance issues
  • Ensure regulatory and security standards are met in product design
  • Communicate progress and roadmaps to leadership and team members
  • Champion agile methodologies and iterative development practices
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform product enhancements

Nice to Have

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential
  • Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline
  • Direct experience in healthcare or insurance technology
  • Background in network operations or systems engineering
  • Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure platforms
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework
  • Experience with API management tools
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in network design
  • Track record of leading product improvements in complex environments
  • Prior work in highly regulated industries
