Future Secure AI is hiring an Associate Product Designer

Responsibilities

  • Develop user-focused designs for web platforms using wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user goals and business outcomes
  • Engage with cross-functional team members across multiple time zones through both real-time and asynchronous communication methods
  • Support service design efforts by developing customer journey maps, user personas, and touchpoint evaluations to identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Enhance and maintain the organization's design system by updating UI components, resolving inconsistencies, and proposing changes that support scalability and ease of use
  • Refine design work through multiple cycles using input from users, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring documentation reflects ongoing design decisions
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to align design direction with technical feasibility, implementation schedules, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Remain informed about emerging trends, evolving tools, and industry advancements in product and user experience design
