Responsibilities

- Collaborate on the development and alignment of regional business plans with global healthcare strategies
- Demonstrate understanding of Design/Build procurement methods and contractual frameworks
- Align with global team members to implement shared business objectives
- Create actionable plans to engage new clients and increase revenue from higher-margin projects
- Manage financial performance of projects and oversee reporting across offices and to clients
- Achieve annual revenue targets between $1 million and $3 million averaged over two years
- Articulate the firm’s unique value to differentiate in the healthcare market
- Lead or assist in sales efforts with an emphasis on integrated service offerings
- Act as a proactive leader and problem solver to guide teams and partners in project delivery
- Publish technical content and present at industry events to enhance visibility
- Lead recruitment of senior-level talent with healthcare design expertise and mentor new hires
